Can I Return or Exchange My Purchased Art Print?
Yes! If you are not completely thrilled with your print you can send it back or exchange it for a better suited print. Since I run a small studio and Print On Demand, there will be a 20% restocking fee to cover materials and time used to make and send your artwork. Thank you for your understanding!
How Long Do I Have To Return My Art Print?
I accept returns made within 7 days of Receipt. To ensure you can return or exchange your print you must reach out within 7 days of receiving your print, so please open and inspect your print as soon as possible!
How Can I Ship The Print Back?
I ask that you please return your print back in the original package as you received it. If you do not have the original packaging you can purchase appropriate shipping materials from your local post office. I recommend using a stiff mailer or tube to ensure it arrives back damage-free. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if print is returned damaged.
Purchaser will be responsible for any shipping charges & restocking fees to return or exchange art print.
What If My Print Arrives Damaged or was Lost/Stolen?
I do all that I can to make sure you get the print you deserve. When your print leaves my studio it is Quality Assured. However, I have no control of, nor am I liable for, any improper handling or damage that occurs during transit.
That being said, I will do everything I can to help my collectors.
If your print arrives damaged I ask that you please provide details and documentation as soon as possible and no later than 7 days of receiving your print. I can provide tips and support for any small corrections (creases or wrinkles ) that can be applied. If the print is a complete loss you will be asked to file a claim with the shipping company.
If your item was lost, stolen, or marked as delivered with no actual arrival you will need to personally reach out to the shipping company. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do on my end. You may want to check that your address is correct on your order confirmation. I am unable to replace a print order due to incorrect shipping addresses but will redirect to correct address if print arrives back at my studio (you may be invoiced for any additional shipping charges).
I Got My Print Home But It Doesn’t Work In My Space! Can You Help?!
Yes! If you aren’t completely satisfied with your print you are welcome to exchange your print as outlined in the policy above. If you need help picking a better suited print please send a straight on well lit image of your space. I would love to help you get it just right!
